部門概述和睦家醫(yī)療集團(tuán)是中國境內(nèi)第一家按國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)立、診療技術(shù)領(lǐng)先的綜合性醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環(huán)境里，為患者提供獨(dú)特的、全方位的醫(yī)療服務(wù).職位概述UFHH’s pediatrician will be responsible for the newborn/children related UFHH home care program under the direction of UFHH’s Chief Medical Officer崗位職責(zé)1. Carry out the regular newborn check up as required by UFHH home care service2. Treat and manage paediatrics patients in the outpatient setting or patients’ homes, on a limited basis;3. Coordinate cross-department care with other clinical departments and facilities in Shanghai to ensure continuity between hospital and home;4. Refer patients to specialists as necessary;5. Collect information and organize medical documents, including UFHH-BJU admission forms;6. Guide nursing staff in the performance of their clinical home health duties;7. Oversee clinical aspects of pediatric home health including regular communication with the UFHH Nursing staff so that any changes in treatment plan, medical certificates, insurance forms, etc. can be addressed early;8. Assist with home health talks and other marketing events coordinated by Beijing United Family Hospital or United Family Home Health;9. Other responsibilities assigned by UFHH CMO and/or UFHH General Manager.任職條件1. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine2. Completion of residency training in pediatrics or achievement of attending level status in a 3A hospital in China or a western training/board certification equivalent;3. Minimum 3-5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred.4. Proactive, creative team player who can contribute to the development of UFHH5. Communicating effectively orally and in writing6. Showing willingness to learn from mistakes7. Working collaboratively with other team members8. Using computers, computer software and other digital devices to communicate with professional staff9. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written); working knowledge of English10. Prevention, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of acute and chronic illnesses in newborns and children.11. Experience with telemedicine preferred
