Department OverviewUnited Family Hospitals & Clinics is a pioneering, international standard healthcare organization in China, our sole mission is to provide comprehensive, integrated healthcare services in a uniquely warm and caring patient and family service-oriented environment.Job DescriptionResponsibilities1. Answer and triage all incoming telephone calls. Provide information when appropriate or forward to pharmacists2. Assist pharmacists to prepare the medications and compounding3. Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy and stock room.4. Preparation of IV admixtures under the PIVA policies and guidelines, under supervision of the pharmacist5. Assist in evaluating current purchase process and device an purchase workflow to best suit BJU needs, follow with implementation and evaluation (short term project)6. Assist inventory person in ensuring inventory is maintained according to policies.7. Stock shelves and perform basic inventory projects when required8. Manage information database from i-pharmacy computer system9. Label medication ampoules10. Participate in periodic stock check to ensure accuracy of our stock.Requirements1. Graduate from High school minimum2. English language fluency a bonus3. Knowledge or prior experience in pharmacy field will be given priority4. Self motivated and work efficiently5. Good communicator6. Follow through with assigned tasks7. Good customer service skill and telephone etiquette8. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and able to work in a fast pace working environment9. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and pharmacy computer system10. Need to be able to process telephone calls in an efficient manner11. Knowledge of medication names and pharmacy terms expected after training
