崗位要求：
1、藥學、食品及相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科學歷。
2、從事相關(guān)行業(yè)5年工作經(jīng)驗，三年以上相關(guān)生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗。
3、有一定的組織能力和協(xié)調(diào)、管理能力，熟悉生產(chǎn)車間各工序的操作情況。
職位描述：
1、車間制度的訂立、修改、實施、監(jiān)督權(quán)。
2、與計劃主管按銷售計劃制定生產(chǎn)計劃，合理安排生產(chǎn)，及時跟蹤各工序完成情況并組織實施；
3、物料的領(lǐng)用、補料、退料，及不合格物料的處理；
4、現(xiàn)場突發(fā)事件的處理和報告；
5、負責生產(chǎn)車間員工的考勤、工作安排、指導、考核；
6、與各部門的協(xié)調(diào)溝通，對重大問題及時向上級匯報；
7、生產(chǎn)日報表及月報表的填報工作；
8、部門員工專業(yè)知識培訓的計劃與執(zhí)行；
9、部門人員的聘用、解雇、調(diào)動、晉升；
10、崗位生產(chǎn)記錄的收集；
11、生產(chǎn)任務的分配（根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計劃按時、按量完成）
12、完成上級交辦的任務。
