Major Responsible :
Provide timely, efficient administration work：book tickets,stationery, order express delivery and equipment maintenance etc；
Assist to complete the employee on-board/ demission procedure, assist to the SAP、NOTES and personnel daily criterion and guide line training；
Assist to check the reimbursement vouchers by region；
Prepare and collect various working reports；
Assist to the logistics of meetings, insure the meeting arrangement smoothly and successfully；
Prepare the reimbursement vouchers for flight tickets, postage and stationery fees etc. monthly；
Assist to the costs budget forecast and costs statistics.

Qualification:
Three years or above related working experience in administration；
Good communication and interpersonal skill, good team work spirit；;
Patient, easy-going, strong sense of analytical mind, reliable, good time management , can work under pressure;
Good command of spoken and written English, good computer literacy,proficient user of common PC application, especially MS Excel,PowerPoint, Word, etc.
