Business Support/ Account Management
？ 了解所屬區(qū)域的目標，目的和商務策略。
Understands the goals, objectives and business strategy of the assigned business area.
？ 與所屬的行業(yè)人員工作緊密切合，建立友好的工作關系。
Works closely with the personnel in the business area and builds working relationships.
？ 確定目標以及設計IT項目和服務，促進及支持該項目。
Proposes and designs IT projects and services which improve and support the business.
? 項目管理
Project Management
？ 參與到IT或業(yè)務部門的項目中，有效地實施IT解決方案。
Involved in IT & business project to implement IT solutions effectively.
？ 制定項目計劃，并高質(zhì)量的按項目執(zhí)行。
Develops project plans for computer systems and execute the plan with quality requirement.
？ 管理好已有資源, 包含預算。
Manages given resources including budget.
? 服務管理
Manage services
？ 制定及提高IT服務。
Designs and develop IT services.
？ 分析和提高計算機系統(tǒng)以滿足業(yè)務需要。
Analyzes and develop computer systems which meets the business requirements
? 計算機系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量標準
Computer System Quality
？ 根據(jù)GMP以及計算機系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量標準政策及操作規(guī)程, 領導對IT項目驗證工作。
Leads validation activity for IT project complying with GMP and Lilly Quality Standards and Practices.
？ 撰寫驗證文件,確保高質(zhì)量的計算機系統(tǒng)。
Develops validation documents ensuring the high quality of the computer systems
基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
? 計算機,信息工程本科或以上學歷優(yōu)先
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferable.
? 五年以上的IT項目管理, 系統(tǒng)開發(fā)
5 or more years of background in IT with project management and system development
? 有在制藥行業(yè)工作或軟件開發(fā), 質(zhì)量控制的經(jīng)驗
Experience of working in a GMP environment, or experience in software development process, quality control process.
? 有計算機系統(tǒng)驗證過程和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)生命周期方面的知識
Knowledge of computer system validation process and system development life cycle
? 中英文語言和書寫的良好溝通技能
Good communication skill both verbal and written. English communication is also required
? 有實驗室系統(tǒng)實施和工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先
Experience in working with Manufacturing lab system and participating in lab system implementation is preferable.
? 能和業(yè)務部門,其他IT成員之間建立良好的人際關系
Inter-personal skills to establish good relationship with business area and/or other IT member.
? 良好的自我控制能力和時間管理技巧
Self-motivated and good time-management skills
