    KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES    

1.       Responsible to implement/enhance  anti-corruption and FCPA compliance policies and procedures in South China and  TW/HK; 

2.       Assist in Anti-Corruption / Global Standards in the South  China and TW/HK;

3.       Perform analysis of spending/activities/events  and implant controls in the field to mitigate risks;

4.       On-site & desktop monitoring of activities  and controls to test control effectiveness and continuous improvement; 

5.       Deliver Anti-Corruption / Global Standards trainings,  gather feedbacks and improve;

6.       Support Ethics & Compliance COE functions in assigned  compliance projects.

SKILLSANDABILITIES

   
• Bachelor’s Degree or above required;
   
• Work experience – 4-5       years or more experience implementing internal control/audit, or       compliance, legal or regulatory programs is preferred. Finance, Audit or       Legal function in MNCs or Big 4 is preferred;
   
• Fluent in Mandarin and English Language       (written and verbal);
   
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry       preferred;
   
• Experience in TW/HK area is a plus, but not       mandatory;
   
• High standards of ethics, good judgment and objective;
   
• Good and strong communication, influencing and       interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit; 
   
• Courage in facing challenges and maturity to       tackle and manage conflicts, being resilient under high pressure;
   
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented;
   
• Approximately 30% travel required;
