KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)）
The key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Drives consensus meetings with country Sales operation/Marketing /Finance to achieve consensus forecast and maintains forecast in system.
- Monitor timely delivery and back orders. Expedite shipments and resolve exceptions
- Analyze and optimize inventory, manage inventory at healthy level, mitigate scrap risk.
- Utilize sales and operations planning (S&OP) process to better support business requirement and growth while achieving supply chain metrics (LIFR, Back order to sales, forecast accuracy, inventory)
- Monitor and manage proper maintenance of master data in planning system. Support system upgrade program.
- In conjunction with regional supply chain analysis team and WW source in terms of supply planning, ensure sufficient supply to support business.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
- Positive attitude and constant passion; teamwork spirit; good communication with other functions.
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
- Logical thinking and analytical skill
- Knowledge of SAP system; familiar with Excel
- Good command of written & oral English
DESIRABLE（優(yōu)先條件）
- Bachelor Education with management/supply chain/logistic.
- Planning experience (1+) in multinational companies.
