POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）

Operation assistant is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. Support and coordinate sales and service related job and documentation management. Provide daily administrative and secretarial support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)）

1. Demand planning for spare parts

2. Provide the admin supporting to business events and activities

3. Arrange and tracking demo, tools and spare parts transportation

4. Sales and service related documentation management

5. Handle ad hoc assignments as requested

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

1. Strong interpersonal skills and good team player

2. Good coordination and organization skills

3. Strong communication skills

4. Strong interpersonal skills : being able to deal with a broad range of people

5. Stable, reliable, hardworking, flexible

6. Attention to details, high work standards

7. Self-motivated

8. Fluent in English & Mandarin (both oral and written)

9. Proficiency in computer software, eg MS Office
