POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
This position is a key position in New Product Engineering department, which require candidates have both engineering excellence and project management excellence. Besides keeping focus on current semi-auto platform equipments improvement to full optimizating machine capacity and OEE, More important is that lead equipment team，through continuous improvement to achieve the automation line operation goals assigned by management from SQDC dimensions promptly, this position will be required take lead effort to do line transfer, upgrade, optimization, set up and sustaining production line running to as higher effciency as it supposed to be.
這個關鍵職位要求有很強的工程背景和極好的項目管理能力。除了持續(xù)實施對既有半自動線生產(chǎn)設備的產(chǎn)能擴張和綜合利用率的改進之外，另一重要的職責在于領導設備團隊，通過持續(xù)不斷的改善迅速達成管理層從SQDC維度所制定的自動線運營目標，本職位將領導產(chǎn)線轉(zhuǎn)移，升級、優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)線搭建和后期的產(chǎn)線維護保養(yǎng)計劃的總制定和監(jiān)督執(zhí)行保障產(chǎn)線高效運行。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
Lead automation machines design and install and maintenance.
主導自動化設備的設計評估，產(chǎn)線搭建和后續(xù)的總保養(yǎng)計劃和執(zhí)行
Semi-auto line, manual line capacity expansion.
自動化生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能提升
Package line, sustaining and maintenance
包裝生產(chǎn)線維修保養(yǎng)
Lead new equipment transfer, upgrade ,renew project
主導新設備轉(zhuǎn)移、升級、更新項目
Existing equipment OEE improvement.
現(xiàn)有設備的OEE提升
Spare parts budget preparation and well cost control
設備備件預算編制及相關費用控制
Train and develop equipment team skill and technical ability
培訓拓展設備團隊技能及維修能力
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
Automation、engineering、machinery or the equivalent bachelor degree above
自動化、工程、機械相關專業(yè)，學士或以上學位
5+ years working experience in automatic equipment design，vision programming and PLC programming.
5年以上設備設計，視覺系統(tǒng)編程及PLC控制系統(tǒng)編程設計經(jīng)驗
New equipment set up experience is required, need have a strong project management skill.
新設備，新產(chǎn)線搭建工作經(jīng)驗，有較強的項目管理經(jīng)驗
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skill.
很強的問題分析和動手解決問題的能力
CET-6 and above relevant English ability.
大學英語6級及以上相應能力。
