主要職責描述
1)Contributes for local patient value plan on patient experience program
推進本土患者價值計劃，落實患者體驗項目
2)Works cross-functionally with customer-facing team and Engine team to document key learnings & insights and to create & update strategic plans
與跨部門的Engine team和客戶服務團隊一起記錄市場要點和洞察，并順應動態(tài)市場的變化調整策略計劃
3)Maps HCP relationships and facilitates connections of HCPS between centre and network hospitals to arise the standard of treatment and care
促進中心及合作醫(yī)院中醫(yī)務工作者的交流，提升疾病治療及護理的水平
4)Collaborates external partners and medical team to deliver disease and treatment information and adherence program to patients
與醫(yī)學部及外部合作伙伴協(xié)作，對患者進行疾病教育及治療信息普及，推廣提升患者依從性的項目
5)Collaborates with external partners to help patient to navigate healthcare system for better outcomes, including reimbursement policy, drug refill, etc.
與外部合作伙伴協(xié)作，以患者為核心，改善醫(yī)療體系，例如：從醫(yī)保政策，藥物補給等方面著手
6)Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

崗位要求 （學歷及工作經(jīng)驗要求）
Education學歷要求
1)Bachelor degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Nursing and marketing is a plus
在醫(yī)學、藥學、護理學或市場營銷領域獲得學士學位
2)Oral and written English is plus
英語口語與寫作能力良好
Experience 工作經(jīng)驗要求
1)5-year healthcare industry working experience, preferably with a multinational pharmaceutical company
5年醫(yī)療健康領域相關工作經(jīng)驗，有跨國制藥公司工作經(jīng)驗者更佳
2)Must have a performance rating of « meets expectations » or better on two most recent performance reviews (internal candidate only)
近期的評估中，至少有一項或兩項業(yè)績評級達到“符合預期”（僅針對內部員工）
3)Knowledge of ecosystem dynamics, trends and its impact; understand & apply patient journey and its breakpoints
了解醫(yī)療生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)，發(fā)展趨勢及影響；理解并應用患者旅程
