Duties & Responsibilities:

• Office routine admin support:

1. Implement and control administrate flow cost and internal order and distribution procedures and monthly payment for general affairs in line with cost saving & compliance Policy

2. Assist Sr. Admin & HR Officer to provide best service by good controlling on vendor 

• Communication

1. Company brochure & stationery management

2. Working with Sr.Admin&HROfficer to plan and implement publicity programs for our launches or groundbreaking events 

• Expatriate Administration support:

1. Set Up and Maintain files of Expatriates’ records, control confidentially of files as necessary

2. Expatriate’s visa, work permit transaction and renewal

3. Manage the Expatriate’s accommodation and make travel arrangements.

    

   Requirements:

1. Education:

   College or University graduate

2. Working Experience:

   At least 3 years similar working experience, working in a multinational company is a big plus.

3. Skill & Competency:

   Proficient in using PowerPoint, Word and Excel and documents processing

   Skills in developing and maintain files and correspondence

   Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

   Strong self-motivation

   Willingness to learn

4. Language Requirements:

   Be good at oral and written English
